Everyone wants to find success in life and we all know that success requires time, commitment and action. Unfortunately we sometimes neglect our health on our way to the top by juggling our careers, finances, family and personal relationships. This can easily lead to an unbalanced and unhealthy lifestyle, but when we jeopardize our health we fall behind in every other area in our lives’ because we don’t have energy and vitality to achieve our goals.
My goal is to assist you to improve your health, nutrition and lifestyle behaviours by focusing on small progressive actions practiced consistently. I believe that inspired action creates change. By following my structured, systematic and science based approach you’ll create lasting change in all areas of your life.

What does a health coach do?

A health coach is a trained professional who guides and supports individuals in making healthier lifestyle choices. They provide education, motivation, and accountability to help clients set and achieve health and wellness goals, such as improving diet, increasing physical activity, managing stress, and enhancing overall well-being. Health coaches empower their clients to take control of their health and make sustainable changes for a healthier life.

Food in general, but most importantly healthy, wholesome foods have never been more convenient to source and consume. These days we are surrounded by big supermarket chains providing us with delicious and convenient ready packaged fruits, vegetables and proteins, and even if you aren’t nearby any supermarkets there are easy ways to prepare. Gone are the days of waking up early to hunt for food and shelter to provide for ourselves and our family. We’ll focus on planning, prioritizing and preparing healthy delicious meals by following quick and easy sustainable actions.

Our philosophy is that progress equals happiness and by following simple, on purpose rituals daily you’ll build a robust system for strong and lasting results. By setting reasonable and realistic goals we cultivate a fun, enjoyable and sometimes challenging environment where you can thrive and cultivate a deep health approach that works for you. Big muscles and an empty life is not the answer – we work on a strong body with a buzzing, happy social life.

I focus on realistic expectations, and shooting for “good enough, consistently” is a crucial mindset to cultivate. Having too-high standards or constantly chasing extreme performance without recovery is closely linked to burnout. Instead, I encourage you to think and work on a continuum, to looking for ways to “nudge” yourself into “a little better” every day.
